When we get our clothes, we ensure that every item is free of defects. However, if you happen to receive an item that has been defected, fill out the contact form below or email and we will be glad to fix the problem and send you a replacement. 

Returns: Customer satisfaction is what we want. If you are wishing to return your item for 100% refund or an exchange, it must be within 14 days of delivery. Any items returned after 14 days of delivery will receive store credit only. Items must still have tag in place, in original packaging with no signs of wear. All purchases made with a promotion code or at a sale price are final sale and are non-refundable. Exchanges will be eligible if within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to change out the exact item for a different size (if available). 

You will be responsible to pay your own shipping fees for returning your items and costs are non-refundable. We are happy to help you with information needed to make this happen. 

Cancellation:  Due to Shopify's policy of non-refundable fees when orders are being cancelled, there's now a 10% restocking fee for any cancellations once the order has been placed. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.
